SaaS enterprise Digital diagnostic platform. Establish User Experience practice. Completely redesign administrator and end user experiences. UX Problem: The platform existed, but the user workflow was wretched.  Nobody could figure out how to use the 9Lenses digital diagnostic platform.  Interactive components and language was inconsistent from page to page.  Expensive hand holding phone calls with the customer was the only way to get them to use the platform.
We redesigned the entire platform.  Created sensible workflows that used a simplified set of page templates with consistent language and an atomic system of components.
The most powerful part of the digital diagnostic platform was the ability to connect a data model to Topics in the Interview Builder.  Problem was, that the data model was prescribed, and therefore not used as much as it should have been.  Why?  Because the customers all have their own data models!  We made the data model totally configurable and easy to use. Victory! Customers love to use their own data model in the 9Lenses Platform!  
The total User Experience redesign of the 9Lenses Digital Diagnostic Platform allowed customers to use the software without handholding.  The new design directly impacted sales by growing revenue 4X in 2years.
